Your data stays on your phone. Here's the fine print.

Stash is a personal savings tracker for iPhone (“the app”, “Stash”, “we”). This policy explains what data the app handles, where it lives, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at erickmndev@gmail.com.

Everything you create in Stash is stored in a local database on your device only:

• Savings goals — names, categories, colors, target amounts, deadlines, and currencies.
• Activity — the deposits and withdrawals you record, with dates and optional notes.
• Preferences — your display name, chosen currency, accent color, appearance settings, and notification preferences.

None of this is transmitted to us or to any third party. We have no way to access, read, or recover it. Deleting the app deletes this data with it.

• No user accounts — the app never asks you to sign up.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
• No advertising and no ad networks.
• No selling, sharing, or renting of data — we hold none.
• No bank connections — amounts in Stash are numbers you type in yourself; the app never touches a real financial account.

You can export your data as a single backup file from Settings. The export happens entirely on your device, and you choose where the file goes using the system share sheet — a folder, another app, or a cloud service of your choosing. Once exported, that file is under your control and subject to the privacy practices of wherever you store it. Restoring a backup simply reads a file you pick — no network request is ever made to us.

Stash offers an optional Premium upgrade (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store — we never see your name, email, or payment details.

To unlock Premium across reinstalls, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app-user identifier and purchase information (such as the product bought and transaction details from Apple). It does not receive your goals, activity, or any personal details. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.

If you turn on reminders, Stash schedules local notifications on your device to nudge you to keep saving. These are created and delivered entirely on your phone — there is no push-notification server, and enabling them shares nothing with us. You can turn them off anytime in the app or in iOS Settings.

Stash is not directed at children under 13, and because the app collects no personal data, none is collected from anyone — children included.

• Export — take a full copy of your data anytime from Settings.
• Delete — erase all data from within the app, or simply delete the app.
• Notifications — opt in or out anytime.

If the app's data practices ever change — for example, if a future version adds an online feature — we will update this policy and change the date at the top before the change takes effect. Meaningful changes will also be called out in the app's update notes.
